Sanku

Sanku’s mission is to improve the health and vitality of those without access to nutrient enriched foods throughout the developing world. Sanku is a socially driven initiative of Project Healthy Children (PHC), a US-based organization focused on the design and implementation of national food fortification programs. Initially a Stanford Extreme project from 2008, Sanku is designed to fill the nutrient gap of those not accessing centrally processed foods, Sanku works closely with village millers, NGOs, and governments to equip at-risk communities with fortification technology and nutrient premix.
