Landy Pro has developed CPALI 2.0, a suite of solutions to help increase cocoon and textile production in Madagascar. One is a demonstration farm in villages to increase production by providing a solid example of good silkworm rearing practices. The second provides a faster way to process the textile by using a device to iron and align cocoons. The final solution is a business plan for women to enable them to develop and sell products to tourists. For more information, contact: Kristin Mayer, kamayer@stanford.edu.
